How do you “do” lunch? Today’s nontoxic lunch recipe consists of:
Lemon chicken with garlic onions
100g organic chicken sautéed in lemon, pepper, & Thyme. (I precooked the chicken, weighed it and froze it last week -so it was an easy warm up on the stove)
1 small white onion sautéed in water (no oils for me this month) and dusted with garlic salt, pepper and a little stevia.
It was SO delicious and my tummy is full!!!
